CS 5.5 Design Premium, Win 8.1, re-install after PC re-stage, The serial number valid, but not a qualifying product found on the computer

Hello,

I have deactived the Adobe CS 5.5 Design Premium product (with the Deactive or Suspend button) on my machine before clean install of new OS. Now I'm trying to install the application package again, but there seems to be a problem with my licence key (perhapse due to incorrect de-activation procedure?)

After entering the serial number during the software installation I'm getting the following message:

"The serial number you entered is valid, but a qualifying product cannot be found on this computer"

By following the advised procedure (Error "This serial number is not for a qualifying product" | CS6, CS5.5, CS5), could you help me out to solve this problem?
