as far as I know and if you are eligible to buy an Educational version of adobe products, you need to buy a FULL Creative Cloud subscription:
please click on the link below and you will see the EDU software available to buy.
Basically you can only buy Acrobat, PEPE and LR as single products and Creative cloud full or Photography on the EDU store of adobe.
