We have successfully started our Educational account and have started to storyboard our university project that will be presented in September of each year.
Now we would like to cancel our old account 7sky.lux@gmail.com to complete the move. I have gone through the cancellation steps but have not received confirmation of the cancellation. Can you help me by confirming that 7sky.lux@gmail.com is no longer an active account?
