I don't understand why Acrobat is requiring me login to Creative Cloud as I don't have it on my system.
Here's what happened:
30 days ago, I installed Acrobat XI Pro trial. It asked for Adobe ID so I created an account and entered it.
After 30 days, it had expired. I purchased a licensed online and got a serial number. There was no way for me to enter the license number on the expired Acrobat.
So I uninstalled it. Install it again but this time with the serial number that was an option during installation process.
Then I run it, it was asking me for a Creative Cloud account. I entered it and it said I didn't have subscription!! Of course I don't because I got the serial number.
I don't understand why Acrobat is asking me to login. I ran the creative cloud cleaner and cleaned all traces. Installed it again and same thing.
Please help! It's really frustrating. I called customer support and remote access my computer. They deleted folders (OOBE), files etc but to no success.
