Here's the image I was trying to post.
I started to dig through your help articels and then decided that I probably should just completely start over again with the installation.
I completely removed all Adobe apps from my computer that were ported over from the transfer and then removed CC. Restarted the computer. Ran the CC Cleaner Tool. Restarted again.
Then downloaded and installed Adobe CC logged in and now I can see all of the apps with the ability to download.
This is fixed.
