I am having the same problem and I have just sent a support request to support@typekit.com asking for instructions on how to turn off Typekit completely in PS CC 2014. I found forum exchanges from back in February and it was getting quite hostile but reading to the end of it there seemed to be no solutions offered by Adobe or users trying work-arounds. Every single file I open results in Typekit changing fonts or some effect aspect of the font I originally used from my collection of more than 2000 fonts managed by Suitcase - I think Adobe is trying to pre-empt all 3rd party font management apps and create a monopoly on the font market. I am NOT happy about this and I plan to stay in their face as long as it takes to get rid of Typekit from Photoshop CC 2014 and other Adobe suite apps.
Here is the February exchange - cannot find any follow-ups. If you find something that works, please post here so we can all get back to work instead of fighting with Adobe.
