When I bring a clip into AE via "replace with AE comp", the whole clip isn't coming in, or it's black. Here's a video of the whole clip not coming in, PP to AE fail - YouTube. This was working fine until I started this project last week. I didn't have this problem initially, but it started happening around the second rough cut. The project file is really light with no stabilization in Premiere or third party effects... just some transitions and a little time mapping. The project file is 128kb and has like 25 clips.
Someone from from tech support tried to figure it out for almost 3 hours yesterday via team viewer, trying several things, including manually clearing the caches. Then the chat was cutoff before he told me anything more than that the project was corrupt and I'm not sure where he went. I would have liked to finish this project days ago... This isn't a project I've spent too much time on fortunately, but I can't afford to have this happen, forcing me to start from scratch, especially on something with a deadline or a feature... What could have caused this and how can I prevent it in the future? I never had this problem with CS6 or CC.
