Unfortunately, your kinda stuck with little options as far as adobe software on mac os x 10.6.8
Although photoshop cs6 and pse 12 will work, they can only be updated to camera raw 8.3 on mac os x 10.6.8
Does sony ship or have available on their site any software that would work?
Are you aware that you can upgrade to mac os x 10.9 mavericks for free from apple?
Do some research first, because if you have any applications that require Rosetta on snow leopard they won't work on mavericks.
