Re: Can't run Acrobat XI Pro to new computer after what appears to be normal download and installation.

After using Adobe Acrobat trial version I purchased the product "Adobe Acrobat Professional XI - Upgrade" for Mac on August 4, 2014 and was successfully using it until today.  Now I can no longer access Acrobat and keep getting the same error message:  "Serial Number you provided is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer."

 

Please help, anyone!
