Thanks for the advice. I worked all the 4 steps thoroughly and everything was fine, all the tests passed.
Unfortunately it did not solve the problem.
I even tried some further steps that did not work:
- Although executing the setup as administrator, I logged in with another user, who happens to be an administrator himself, just to be sure.
- I added the executable setup file to my windows firewall, allowing all traffic for it manually
- I totally disabled my Antivirus Software
- I tried at least 5 different networks. One of them is my home network, managed by myself with no restrictions whatsoever.
- I tried again. It is not working for more than 2 weeks now.
None of these solved the problem either.
Is there something else I could try, or do I have to head for Phase One?
