Hello GregEW2,

 

Sorry to hear about your crash, always difficult.

 

When you re-installed Acrobat 9, did you also apply all the updates?

Unfortunately, you need to apply each patch one at a time and in order of release.

 

The patch installers can be found here:

ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/9.x/
