I am using a Chromebook. I have already contacted Customer Support, had to go to the bathroom, and when I came back the help chat was closed out. When I tried to re-enter chat, it said I needed to close my browser and restart to get into chat. I closed my browser and restarted and I got the same message in chat help customer service. I have been going around in circles for over an hour and I need the Illustrator download for class. I have already paid for the membership package and I can't even use it. This is very frustrating! Please somebody help me!!!
