Photoshop CC crashes on 'save as'

I'm working with imported video frames to layers, from various formats, (AVCHD, captured tape, MTS & MOV) in order to take stills from a show that we filmed.

When I delete the unnecessary layers, crop image etc, then go to 'save as', the program just quits.
