My solutions so far:
I managed to migrate settings from Illustrator CC to Illustrator CC(2014) following the_tallness suggestion (thanx).
I managed to migrate settings from Indesign CC to Indesign CC(2014) uninstalling the new App, changing the Creative cloud Preferences for App language from "International English" to "North American English", then downloading Indesign 2014 again.
Still I cannot sync/download Photoshop settings (from CC to 2014). None of the above solutions worked.
