Normally, you'd lose it—unless you can get someone to connect your machine at least once every 30 days for you, and provided you keep up the monthly payments.
However, Adobe customer service should be able to accomodate you in that case, if you call them on the phone. Ask them directly. We're just users like you here.
It won't be pleasant having to make the monthly payments when you're not using the application.
