As you're comparing the color output from Photoshop with Whatsapp, please note that both apps work on different color profiles and the Photoshop image you're currently viewing on your desktop is set to a different color space. Sorry that you ran into trouble with this. Please also try signing out of Photoshop from the Help menu, and then sign back in. This will start a new Adobe ID session in Photoshop and should fix any issues with the connection to your Typekit account:
1. click on the Photoshop Help menu and choose Sign Out
2. restart Photoshop
3. click on the Photoshop Help menu and Sign In

Open a video clip from that Sony in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy that report and paste it to this forum. The specs of that video may be part of the problem.

Re: Trim layer erases animation
Your screenshots are pretty meaningless. Select the layer or layers you are having problems with, press the U key twice (uu) to reveal all modified and animated properties, take a screenshot, trim the layer, take another screenshot. You should see something like this:
This is everything that I modified on this layer and all of the keyframes. After Trimming:
The keyframes are all still there but the only the very end of the animation will be visible. I think you are just inexperienced. There is no known bug. Without seeing everything that is going on in the timeline any answer is nothing more than a guess.
We also don't know what you are trying to accomplish. I am guessing you just want to retime the animation. If that is the case you have to slide the layer or slide the keyframes, then set your new in and out point.

Android Phone not detected in import issue - Photoshop Elements 13
I use Elements 13 and previously have had no problem in importing photos from my Android V7 phone. Recently, however, when I connect my phone to my laptop in Elements 13 Organiser and select import frpm camera i get a message saying no device is attached. Can you please help and advise?

I don't exactly know how to phrase this question: Again, the forms are for my wife. So Im creating them for her and then handing it off to her, almost like she were my client and I am making a form for her. So, that being said, when the form is saved and handed over to my wife for her use, will the "data" still reflect the information that was set in the profile at the time the document was saved?
She has Photoshop, but we don't share Acrobat Pro DC, so she basically just has reader.
Also, Is it safe to assume that there's no real way to do... sequential(?) signing? Like sending a form to be signed by person A and then once its sign, it gets sent to person B?
Probably would cause more headaches than it's worth, but figured I'd ask.

Thanks for sharing the information. Would you mind sharing a few more details like:
- When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates or web extensions installed recently.
- Check if Illustrator shows the same behavior in Safe mode with networking (How to Boot into Safe Mode On Windows 10 (3 Ways) - YouTube ). If it works fine in safe mode, then it might be possible that there is some third party service which is conflicting with Illustrator. To avoid that, try performing Clean boot on your system (How To Clean Boot In Windows 10 For Troubleshooting - YouTube ).
