No, there's no change after a restart or on the next day, BUT--

It appears this is a FM issue, after all. The files actually do open. However, instead of a second or less, they are taking 10-12 minutes to open. I've found the problem but not the cause:

Our FM books have standard headers and footers imported by cross-referencing paragraphs on the title page. When we create new chapter files from our template files, we overwrite those master pages to reference the new title page instead of the old template one.

In the past, for no apparent reason, sometimes the old cross-references that were overwritten show up again as unresolved. They are invisible, and can only be found in a search when viewing the master pages. We get rid of them by doing a blank "Change All," and the problem goes away.

However, in this case, the files are taking ages to open, and when they do, there is no "unresolved x-refs" error like normal. By trial and error, we found that the problem files all have these "ghost" cross-references (again, these are reappearing where they were previously overwritten). After we remove them with "Change All," the problem goes away and the files open immediately.

It is still a long process to fix this, and we don't know what causes it, but at least we know it can be repaired.

Ok so (before we move on to the play/pause functionality which isn't working again...) this doesn't actually solve my playsinline problem. I uploaded the files to my server space and the video file still opens in the ios native player.

To be more specific, the page shows a black video box with a greyed out play button (it doesn't show the video component poster image), then when I click the playBtn I made the posted image flashes on and then the video opens the native iOS player and plays.

Sorry for the delay, took some time for more attempts, exhausted I've reinstalled Windows (yes it's 1903, Pro), amd and mouse driver/program, at least brushes do seem to act finely now except when smoothing is on which still has a delay almost in function of the brush size and smoothing intensity.

The redrawing of the windows (when united) inside PS is still flickering: when I drag the borders those do blink and meanwhile the background is shown. If I move a single panel around the screen it doesnt have any redrawing issue.

Anyway, if I zoom in/out quickly in a 30mp picture it's smooth, even with several adjustment layers.

On a side note,
At times (at least before updaintg) the AMD panel for its settings sometime got stuck when changing options forcing a windows reboot.
I also use a 2nd screen which is just 1440x900.

After updating the video driver PS said it met a problem with the video card and disabled the acceleration but upon re enabling (and restarting PS) no issues where found.

Could it simply be a compatibility problem the video card? It's not that old, however it has only 2gb, it's an XFX R7 360.

Here follows the system info from ps, sorry it's in Italian, if I can do something to let its output be in English please let me know.

Hello,

I'm having an issue with random PDF's in Adobe Reader DC (not generated by me), where I will receive a message about ArialMT font cannot be found or created. Colleagues that are also on Adobe Reader DC do NOT receive this message with the same PDF's.

We have uninstalled and re-installed Reader using the Adobe removal tool, didn't make a difference.

We have installed the ArialMT font, no change.

We reinstalled Windows 10 x64 along with Reader, and still the same issue.

As a troubleshooting step, we signed up for the trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro, and the issue no longer occurs.

I do not need the features of Pro, I only need to be able to view and save PDF's, so Reader will work fine. Adobe Support has stated that they cannot assist to determine why Acrobat Pro works fine, but Reader DC will not.

I have tried pretty much every solution that forums have to offer, but none work.

The solution should not be having to pay $16/month for Pro.

Please advise.

Hi.  I am having difficulty importing files into Lightroom from folders in my hard drive.  For example, I have scanned some items and saved them to a new folder.  When I open up Lightroom to import these images I can see the folders in Lightroom in the Source section but when I click on them I cannot see the images I want to import. In the past I have imported similar files with no difficulty at all.  I would appreciate some advice with this issue.  Many thanks.

A new updated version of Adobe Dimension (Version 2.3) refuses to re-open saved documents. After restarting the application it does not want to open documents that are saved before restarting the programm (saving process was not terminated and was completed successfully.) Same issue on Windows and on Mac. I've submitted log file to suggested e-mail, but thought to write about this issue here as well. It relates to my 8+ hour work and besically I've failed to produces renderings for a very important presentation because of this bug. Please help to resolve this problem asap.

Necesito autorizar el equipo para poder leer en mi ebook,

pero mi ID de Adobe y mi contraseña ha sido una y otra vez rechazada.
